Second- or third-year enrollment

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE RE-ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE IS CARRIED OUT EXCLUSIVELY ONLINE. NO PAPER DOCUMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

To obtain your authorization to re-enroll for the second and third year, you must submit the following documents on ADUM : www.adum.fr
 
  • An activity report of 5 pages (not including the bibliographic references) presenting the state of progress of your thesis with the following 7 headings:
  1. Theoretical framework
  2. Materials and sources used, if relevant
  3. Methods of data collection and analysis
  4. Partial results
  5. Specific difficulties encountered
  6. Support received from the laboratory during the year
  7. Bibliographic references (the references listed must be inserted in the body of the text), a complete bibliography is not necessary
  • Report of the mandatory thesis follow-up committee (decree of May 25, 2016, art 13) for a third-year application (use the table provided in your doctoral agreement)
  • Update of the doctoral agreement (the agreement can be modified to reflect progress).
  • Update of the courses followed, in ADUM. Please refer the follow-up sheet.
  • Appendices if necessary: scientific productions (articles, communications at conferences, etc.), additional activities (teaching, volunteering, internships, etc.) and anything that could give the Doctoral School an indication of the doctoral student's work.
Note: SCANS/PDF documents -Documents created using a software program (e.g. WORD or ADOBE) must be saved in PDF format within that software and not scanned with a printer. Other documents must be scanned flat with a scanner offering good resolution. Photographs of documents (e.g. taken using a phone) are not allowed.

When the re-enrollment request has been approved by the thesis supervisor and the laboratory director, the doctoral student will be asked to proceed with the administratiive enrollement and pay the enrolment fee.
